Ebay.in?? Are you serious. And that too number 1- I am flabbergasted. Missing products, poor theft security, anonymous sellers, list is endless with lots and lots of online complaints. On top of that its a great pain in the neck. I had rather shell out extra bucks in the market than to get nothing.
It’s not that consumers hadn’t benefited from the lower prices available online. They had. But some of the deals weren’t nearly as good as they seemed to be. And for some people, glee began to give way to a vague suspicion that maybe they were getting ripped off. In 2007, a California man named Marc Ecenbarger thought he had scored when he found a patio set—list price $999—selling on Overstock.com for $449.99. He bought two, unpacked them, then discovered—courtesy of a price tag left on the packaging—that Walmart’s normal price for the set was $247. His fury was profound. He complained to Overstock, which offered to refund him the cost of the furniture.
Bought for working in stable Fit is good. A bit stiff. Only major issue is the leather pieces/tabs that are sewn at the top of the shaft rub on your calves and make them raw. Either wear long tube socks or cut them out. Im going to cut them off since I dont see a real purpose for them. Paid *** bucks for them on clearance. Overall happy with them @ *** bucks. Wouldnt be happy at full price. Would have returned them for more comfortable ones at ***+

Point-of-sale advantages include stores offering no shipping charges and free ship-to-store charges. A lot of online stores do not pass on sales tax (unless required by the state) to customers, which can add up to substantial savings for those shoppers who buy primarily online.
Unlike the massive, windowless 800,000 square foot suburban malls anchored by a discount or department store like Target (Research) or Sears (Research), lifestyle centers tend to be smaller, around 50,000 square feet. They’re often open-air venues — like a cute little village — and are devoid of an anchor store.

After reading and reading and reading reviews i decided i go with this mount. it got really good reviews from other folks so i bought 2. One For a Samsung 55 plasma and one for a 47 samsung LCD for my man cave. Perfect fit, easy to install and put together. enough clearance behind the tvs for cables. you can always use the spacers for the extra clearance. i didnt use the mounting wall hardware, i went to lowes to get lag bolts and a few washers. the hardware it came with was for mounting to concrete. the only thing i can complain about was the way it was shipped. the boxes came torn and beat up but i dont need the boxs, i need whats inside to be in good shape and it was but would like to see overstock or whom ever ships the product to take a little more care of what there customers just paid for.

There’s always something new at this Asian site. On the one hand, this means the tops, dresses, jackets, and layering essentials are always fresh, but on the other, there’s so much stock it can be overwhelming.

Gantt can recall going to Schuylkill with her grandparents in the 1980s, when the building was humming. “It’s sad. I remember being a kid, and you go to the mall. My kids never say, ‘Let’s go to the mall.’”
In retrospect, retailers were slow to Even as other corporate functions—logistics, sales-force management—were being given the “moneyball” treatment in the early 2000s with powerful predictive software (and even as airlines had fully weaponized airfares), retail pricing remained more art than science. In part, this was a function of internal company hierarchy. Prices were traditionally the purview of the second-most-powerful figure in a retail organization: the head merchant, whose intuitive knack for knowing what to sell, and for how much, was the source of a deep-seated mythos that she was not keen to dispel.
Ben Domenech: You’re a big fan of The Simpsons. I know you believe that they can tell us a lot about America. And I actually believe that you can learn a lot about deep policy by using The Simpsons as a starting point. For instance, when Homer and Lisa were having a conversation about gun rights in America—look it up, it’s in “The Cartridge Family” episode—Homer points out that guns are for things like protecting your family, hunting delicious animals, and making sure that the King of England never shows up to push you around.
This was an experience replicated around the country from a single archetype: Southdale Center in Edina, Minn. Opened in 1956, it was the brainchild of Austrian architect Victor Gruen, a socialist appalled by American sprawl he described as “avenues of horror.”
“I don’t think anyone could have predicted how sophisticated these algorithms have become,” says Robert Dolan, a marketing professor at Harvard. “I certainly didn’t.” The price of a can of soda in a vending machine can now vary with the temperature outside. The price of the headphones Google recommends may depend on how budget-conscious your web history shows you to be, one study found. For shoppers, that means price—not the one offered to you right now, but the one offered to you 20 minutes from now, or the one offered to me, or to your neighbor—may become an increasingly unknowable thing. “Many moons ago, there used to be one price for something,” Dolan notes. Now the simplest of questions—what’s the true price of pumpkin-pie spice?—is subject to a Heisenberg level of uncertainty.

Some of the great mall die-off is what economists refer to as a market correction. “We are over-retailed,” says Ronald Friedman, a partner at Marcum LLP, which researches consumer trends. There is an estimated 26 sq. ft. of retail for every person in the U.S., compared with about 2.5 sq. ft. per capita in Europe. Roughly 60% of Macy’s stores slated to close are within 10 miles of another Macy’s.
